Quality Policy

Our aim at ZAKA CONSTRUCTION is to provide metal products and corresponding repair services that fully satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers, for assured and continuously improving quality, always complying with the requirements applicable to our Company (Authorities and other Stakeholders).Our Company sets objective goals and targets for them, which are reviewed at predetermined regular intervals by its Management (during the Annual Review of the EMS). Objective objectives are (indicatively) for us :

  • The provision of high quality products and services.
  • The fast and efficient service to customers, resulting in an increase in the degree of satisfaction and elimination of any complaints.
  • The expansion of our customer base, for existing products and services, as well as through expansion to new products and/or services and/or countries.

In order to achieve the above, the Organization has documented and implements a Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2015.

The Quality Management System is the tool for the development and improvement of the Organization within the framework of its purpose of establishment and has the full support of the Management in terms of resources – means for its effective implementation and improvement. The Quality Policy established by the Organization is understood by all staff and its fulfillment is a continuous and permanent concern.
